Rotten deck & support beams had to be torn down. Our skilled carpenters had to resupport the structure with new support beams & headers, then rebuild the deck.

View from entryway into formal living room and down hall into den (above). Skilled carpenters had to remove drywall from wall between living room & den (bottom left). Then they removed 2x4's, installed support beam and header for proper support, and reran electrical lines (bottom right).

After electrical was rerun through newly structured room, the drywall was finished and painted. New carpet was laid in the main room and travertine tile was installed in the entryway.
